Rumpke Opt-Out

The opt out process begins at 9am on December 7th, 2026, and ends December 31st, 2026 OR when the 7% maximum has been reached. 

Opt-out forms for March 2027 through February 2028 can be submitted by completing a Google Form or by submitting a paper form in person at the York Township Office beginning at 9am on Monday, December 7th, 2026. 

No mail-in, emailed or early drop-off forms will be accepted this year. 

Paper forms MUST be handed to a township staff member during normal office hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-3pm; forms will not be accepted if placed in the drop box.
