TRUSTEE MEETINGS & MINUTES
Board of Trustees meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are public and held at the Fire Station Complex, located at 6609 Norwalk Road, Medina, OH
Meeting minutes are reviewed for approval by Trustees at their next regular meeting and are posted on the website within 1-2 weeks after the meeting they are approved at.
Ex: July regular meeting minutes are approved at the next regular meeting (in August), then posted below within 1-2 weeks after the meeting (last week of August to beginning of September).
ZONING MEETINGS & MINUTES
The Zoning Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are public and held at the Fire Station Complex, located at 6609 Norwalk Road, Medina, OH

Meeting minutes are reviewed for approval by Zoning Commission at their next regular meeting and are posted on the website within 1-2 weeks after the meeting they are approved at.
BZA meetings are held on the second (2nd) Thursday of the month when a meeting is necessary. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. All meetings are public and held at the Fire Station Complex, located at 6609 Norwalk Road, Medina, OH
